Greyston Bakery’s brownies and blondies are sold in Whole Foods and found in Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream flavors. However their real innovation is their Open Hiring™ practice—a no-questions-asked policy for hiring employees that allows some marginalized members of their community a second chance. We worked with them to develop a new packaging system for their corporate gifts that emphasized their mission, as well as highlighted their truly delicious products.
